Ok folks, when we got the freezing weather and cold rain the business at the Restaurant slowed up to a crawl. We have been supplying the restaurant and paying the bills out of our own pocket. We do not want to shut the doors, we are hoping the nice weather will bring back the business. In the mean time, we are going to set up an online auction on our Facebook page to help offset the cost out of our pocket. The way the auction will work is we will put a list of things, a description, and pictures of most items. You will then private message your bid with the description of the item you are bidding on. Once you message us your bid then we ask that you comment on the auction post simply saying BID ON "the item". Each item will have a description and and deadline for that items auction. All money made on the auction goes back into the restaurant. The items we will be listing will be coming from our home or the restaurant, if you have something that you would like to donate for the auction then please send us a message or call us. We will be posting the list on a separate post later today or tomorrow.

Good Morning everyone. Burrrrrr it's cold, where is our Spring weather? We are open today from 10 am to 9 pm. Today's special is the 6 PC. Wings (flavor of your choice) with Crinkle Fries for $6.99. I am sorry to have to do this but starting on Monday, 3/26/2018, we will NO LONGER be open on Monday and Tuesday until the end of the School Year. We are closing those two days because we are not busy enough during Monday and Tuesday to warrant being open, using the electricity and gas. If you have a special event that you need us to prepare food for during those days we will come in and prepare it as long as you give us advance notice. On the bright side of things, we will be open from 10 am to 9 pm on Wed. through Saturday. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

It's Friday and it looks like the warmer weather is finally here. We are open today from 10 am to 9 pm. Our special today is the Cuban with Fries for $6.75. For dinner at 5:30 pm we will be serving Chicken Cacciatore with a Dinner Roll, Dessert, and Drink for $8.99.

To all of our friends, family and customers, we want to post here a little information about The Front Porch Grill. We have had some people come in to eat and leave reviews, some great and some not so great. For anyone that is wanting to come try us out, we are a family owned and operated business. We use only the best quality ground chuck for our burgers. EVERYTHING we make here is made to order so if you want something that is ready before you walk in door, then please call ahead with your order. We use the best herbs and seasoning, real food not additives and we are not McDonalds. We named our business The Front Porch Grill because we were sitting at a picnic table in the dinning area after working hard to get ready to open and my son said "this feels like a front porch" and we said "it is a front porch" so the name came and we are The Front Porch Grill. We did not build this building or porch so any building material you see while sitting at a table on the Front Porch was here when we got this place. We are not a 5 star restaurant but we do value our customers and the food we put out, if the food does not look appealing to the cook then he will not send it out, he would rather you have to wait a little longer for food and it be just as appealing to your eyes as it tastes. There are times when we are busy and the appeal is not the best but it is not horrible either. We stand firm that if a customer has a problem with their order then we will make it right either by refunding them or remaking their order for them. We are not always having a great day, most people have those days that nothing seems to go right and we do too but we make the most of our day the best we can just like anyone else.
